Is an electronic signature valid in Ireland?
Under the EU eIDAS Regulation (Article 25) and the Electronic Commerce Act 2000, an electronic signature cannot be refused legal effect just because it is electronic. For private parties, the person receiving the signature needs to agree to it. Some documents, such as deeds affecting land, wills, statutory declarations and affidavits, still need wet ink or an in-person process.
Where is my data stored?
Documents, signing records and backups are stored in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1). Some services use providers outside Ireland. See how we host.
What is SES+?
SES plus one extra piece of identity evidence, for documents where you want more certainty about who signed. It is a small add-on: 3, 10 or 25 checks a month are included on Starter, Growth and Business, then €1.75 for each extra check.
When is AES coming?
AES is coming soon. We will announce Irish availability on this site.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Touch2Sign works on its own. HubSpot, Salesforce and Clio connectors are optional. Plan availability being confirmed
